It was the second training series, which took place at the centre with 27 members of staff in attendance. The facilitator at the training, Mr. Adefemi Oyedipe, virtually delivered his presentation on the University Flexible Structure, highlighting the importance of teamwork and mutual respect in a workplace.
Oyedipe further categorised work place relationship as vertical and horizontal, stressing on the mutual relationship between the management and employees; staff to students and colleague to colleague.
He emphasised that 'strong relationships improve productivity, teamwork and motivation among staff.' 'It fosters inclusivity and works collaboratively to activate institutional goals.'
The training, which featured an interactive and engaging session, had lively questions and answers where staff shared their experiences and solutions on common work place challenges.
